Kym B. Rivellini currently practices in the Law Office of Denis M. deVlaming, P.A. in Clearwater. The firm specializes in criminal law.
Before entering private practice, Kym Rivellini served as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office under the leadership of Bernie McCabe in the 6th Judicial Circuit from 1995-1999. There she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases, including drug charges, sexual abuse, child abuse and murder.
Kym B. Rivellini received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1995. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Prior to attending school she grew up in North Miami Beach.

In addition to working full-time, Kym is very active with her two children, Olivia and Dario. She has completed five full marathons and stays active in her community. Her husband, Peter, practices transactional law at Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLC.
